MODEL ZXQ-2 AUTOMATIC METALLOGRAPHIC SPECIMEN MOUNTING PRESS

To inlay and analyze metallographic and lithofacies specimens is the first procedure of specimen preparation. It is an important job prior to sample preparation especially for some small, abnormal, difficult-to-hold specimens or some specimens which need automatic grinding and polishing.

Model ZXQ-2 Automatic mounting press is a kind of full automatic metallographic and lithofacies specimen inlaying machine. The whole inlaying process can be controlled by program. It has also realized the one-key operation for the whole process of heating, compressing, holding, cooling and depressing. It is used to inlay small specimens, specimens in irregular shapes, or specimens which are not easy to hold. This machine has built the whole inlaying process in program. It is especially suitable for the mounting with hot solid materials (such as urea-formaldehyde moulding powder and bakelite powder).

Using ZXQ-2 will make your sample preparation work much more easier and convenient, and get much better and stable mounting result.
